I'm reading the one star reviews, f#@& those people; LA has some of the worst and most entitled customers I've ever heard of... (they leave little to no tips, they dont know anything about food or quality, they expect to get their money back for their ownmistakes then waste food, and they're rude as hell). The service industry needs more people who don't stand for uncalled forbehavior like that. Food quality, it's been great every time I've been here. Pho Cafe is on western & 7th street. The soup is delicious and serving is nice ????
I am very disappointed.. i really hate to leave bad reviews, I had decided to come back to this place after years. Since I... walked in the lady in charge had a bad “aura” about her. I remember being able to sit And get my order taken, I guess nowyou get yelled at to go up to the register to order and pay right alway, okay.. cool whatever. So I do just that and decide notto tip Just because of the immediate bad looks and attitude I received when I walked in. I come back from using the restroomwhich I rudely found out I can only use if I order and pay first. She literally waved the receipt I signed in my face and argueswhy there wasn’t any tip, she at one point said “ what are you doin, or thinking”. I kindly explained that I am onlyagreeing to pay for my food and choose not to Tip, she replies “ then you can pay 1 dollar and get your food to go” I askedher if she does this to everyone?? She literally slams the receipt on the counter top, at that point I asked for my moneyback, but there is non of that! It was so horrible I just decided to let them Keep my money, let them keep the food I payed forand just leave, at that point I knew I wasn’t going to be able to eat comfortably. One good thing I will say is that theyounger lady working there, might have been the rude owners daughter, she was very sweet she actually helped me pick somethingout, and offers a glass with ice for my drink. I was too upset to even stay and eat I thanked her only for her service, she evenapologized for the owners behavior.. I think they are going through a hard time to be forcing tips onto people and to Be thatrude to their customers.. but I just believe that isn’t acceptable specifically when running a business. Absolutely disgusting and overpriced. Look at the photo of cha Giao ordered for $9.95. It comes with 4 pieces not even the... length of a sauce package. The pho is expensive too- 16.95 and it literally came with two pieces of meat with noodles. Extremelyoverpriced, tasteless. I spent over $50 on food here and it looks like I have $10 worth of food. Service is aweful . The food is okay . But in the bad experience I had ,The lady took forever to serve me my food and there... wasn’t many people to attend . I asked her if she had a lot of orders ahead of me and said no but yet still took forever toserve me . I order a shake with a dish from the menu and I finished my food before receiving my shake . After I asked her wheremy shake was she made me wait even more . I finally got my shake but was not satisfied with the service after all . Read more
The BEST pho in K-Town, Mid Wilshire area. Dine in at least five times a week here and this restaurant is the best one. I am pho... maniac and went to Gardena and Westminster as well. But best one is here in K-Town. Last few years I left very small restaurantreviews. But I decided and leave best reviews because that best!! Read more
A bit expensive for a pho. 13.95 for a special but other restos are just 9.99 for special and it is a really big bowl. Taste... good and clean. Service was slow because there is only one employee but she is really nice and accommodating Read more
I'm sorry there's no zero here. Never eat here for lack of choice, you will get the worst service and food, I waited for almost... an hour and got really bad food, charged us before the food arrived, she was the rudest server I have ever seen.
