So far I have ordered delivery twice from this pizza hut and both time I have encountered lazy employees who will sit in there... car instead of bringing you your food . They barely speak English , they don't know how to count . It's just horrible, I'll bedamned if I order a third time I will just walk to another place since this is the only pizza hut who delivers to my area . Read more
Not only did they get my order wrong, after waiting more than an hour and half for this pizza to arrive when I was told 30 mins... over the phone, the delivery driver forgot to give me my drinks and upon payment was trying to get more money from me eventhough they had already charged me delivery charges by saying he doesn?t have change and minutes later saying he does havechange. I have zero respect for crooks and this location definitely is one. By far the worst delivery experience of my entirelife in north america. Read more

Ordered 2 large pan pizzas and Cinnabon from this location. I was charged $1 extra on each pizza for ordering pan. The pizza... was delivered and it was definitely not pan and the dough wasn?t cooked thru properly either. Was so disappointed bc Pizza Hut?sveggie pan pizza was my favorite. Ordered online from pizza hut and this was the delivering store. Everything was okay until I found out that one of the pizza we... ordered was missing a topping and it wasnt stuff crust. So called the store had to hold, didnt mind this part. Was told theywill send the correct order again, didnt mention any charge or anything. Driver comes about an hour later when most people weredone, we stopped eating the wrong order pizza, but three slice was already gone. Anyways, driver ask to say .50cent I know itsnot much, but I didnt get an option and it was their idea to bring a new pizza. So I asked, driver called the store. Some girlpicked up saying I have to pay or you dont get the new pizza. So I ask for a partial refund of three dollars (price of stuffcrust) and didnt ask to keep the new pizza. But she said no and keep ask to pay .50. Which I said no because it wanst our fault.Anyways, we argued and she talk to the driver in spanish and driver threw the new pizza at me took the old one took off.
