Horrible customer service! Always late, cancelling our orders on their behave because my apartment is a gated and they need to... be buzzed in. So they chose not to come in and deliver. But yet again they want to be tipped and they can?t even deliver apizza?! Ordered my pizza 3 hours for it to be delivered at 1:45 and as usual cancelled AGAIN and now I have to wait another hourfor it to be delivered and wait 3-4 days to get refunded. I always get my pizzas here. You get a better price online if you order and pick it up yourself. The pizzas are always hot,... always good, and if it?s not what you ordered they will usually give you your next pizza free. The workers are nice, and serviceis quick. What more can you ask for? Today I placed an order for pizza at El sereno pizza hut at approximately 6:30 in the afternoon I spoke in an hour and the last... call still had not arrived I made it at 8:00 at night and according to what they delivered I was not given anything, I asked tospeak with the manager and according to Miss Nancy she was the one who attended me, it was her fault I lasted two hours withouteating and apart from that I have to wait three days for my refund this is the last straw I was left without eating on time andalso without money and besides being their fault they have people who do not rwsylerven on time and leave you waiting for ananswer I am very upset and disappointed the service is terrible I need to be guaranteed the return of the money. Did carryout order at 5pm Sunday. Super quick, was ready in under 15 minutes. Location is located in a plaza with ample parking.... Small little pickup area but really easy. Used app to order. Will be using this location in the future as well Read more
