this is a miserable location. my husband placed an order at 750pm - when the location claims to be open until 9pm. he called... when the order had not arrived when promised - the person on the other end of the phone line said that they do not deliver after830 - which is absolutely absurd. the store is open until 9pm. offer delivery until 9pm. i would recommend ordering from anyother pizza place around here, especially if this local franchise can?t comply with its parent corporation?s policies. Costumer service was horrible, ordered a pizza wait time was max 35 min. Waited an hour before I called for them to tell me... first I never put in the order, then they couldn't deliver the pizza. They wanted me to reorder and repay to wait "20" min. Theyobviously didn't know what they were doing opted to just cancel and get little cesars. They atleast have it together. Read more
We decided to order at the store so we can get our pizza faster. Daisy said it will take 30 minutes. So me and my wife went to... our car and sat and waited we went back and asked to the store there was another cashier she said it wasn?t in there system I?mbut we ordered here not online then another girl came and said it?s not ready but there working on it. So we waited another 30minutes and finally got our stuff. When we got hole in 15 minutes we opened the boxes and we didn?t order jalapeños on thepepperoni and that was for my daughter. And both pizzas were burned and dry. What lousy service. When we were waiting thereother customers were waiting for there pizza and there excuse was we have too many orders. I love this location! The staff is always friendly. I use my online profile and have been for the last five years. The local... deals and rewards program is so cool.
