I like the way she cooked it at my request just another ten minutes in the he oven and I asked for extra sauce without vei g... charged.I really did appreciate it for a long time I think it was because she the pizza lady did give me any other reason ofexcuses like we can't do this and we can't do that.I get it alot front the young men working at that ace always giving meexcuses or rules about the company telling them to not give a little bit of kindness ong with a smile.On that day she was verykind to me I didn't get her name. Fast delivery, but both pizzas and wings were very undercooked. Pizza crust was goo and hard to even pick up.
Don't know why I ordered from Pizza Hut rather than my local joint. Maybe because inflation has me curbing my spending a bit, or... that the ad for the Edge-to-Edge Pepperoni pizza reminded me of the thin cracker like pizzas I grew up with in the Midwest, butI gave it a try. Besides the fact that it tasted like a salt lick, the pizza arrived as if it had been stored on its edge in thebox, comprising only half of the box with the little squares slid on top of each other in a big greasy mass. I have ordered successfully before. Ordered a pizza at 4:30 to pick up at 5:30. When I arrived at exactly 5:30, my order was... waiting in a warmer bag. It appears to have been made at 4:30 and held. It was cool, dried out, crust crispy, and generallyunacceptable. Sad! Read more
Worse pizza hut experience. Ordered a pie at 1034 pm and never got told it had arrived at my hotel I was pacing the lobby for 2... hrs waiting. I called pizza hut which was .8 mi away from hotel and kept being on hold because at this time it was over an hourand still no pie close to closing. Was told to wait another 30 after already waiting the 30. Hotel never received room numberfrom driver that was on the order form, just that the front desk asked for a room number and the driver said yes and walkedaway. Read more
Super fast!! Driver was nice. Food was good. Got to us so fast we thought it may have been some old pizzas or missed order or... something. Nope, our pizza order was custom so we knew they had to be fresh. Very hot when they arrived. Read more
BEWARE: Online orders, from this PIZZA HUT !!! Online delivery orders will go something like this: You place your order,... entering your payment that includeds : optional tip, delivery fee tax & total. You tap to complete your order , it says,ordered is complete & will be delivered in 30 to 40 min. Then this, i wait over the 40 min. they are probably busy so i willwait a little longer & play a couple games of pool on my phone ........ In my livinng room by the open front windows with thefront door open. When i call they told me that the driver did go to the delivery address but nobody answered, they said thedriver also called me several times, Really? I was right by my open front door with my phone the whole time i never nobody cameto my door or called. I agreewd to wait another 30 min for my pizza... Same thing happened. It was getting close to closing timeso i called & said i will come pick my order up. I was about to leave with my pizza & remembered i paid for delivery & a tip.They gave me cash. When i got home & opened the box it looked like a pizza you left in the refrigerator to long. I took a couple bites!!! It definitely had been sitting around over a day possible even more. This happened more than once I have readmany reviews similar to my experiences.
