A patient and kind gentlemen served us. There were really cool computers for everyone at the bar. But this visit made me realize... that Poke places here are competing heavily on price and cannot survive unless they are tight with the food. Getting there rightat closing meant many of the selections were beyond sellable. Parts of the cucumber had gone squishy, the salmon roe had turneda darker color at the edges of the tray and tasted old. The albacore seemed thoroughly beat up and waterlogged to the point ofbeing see through. (I want going to go near it) I hit quite a few off tastes in my meal. If someone has never experiencedquality fresh sushi then I guess they wouldn't tell the difference. But it was gross, I'm sorry. Read more
