Andrea would not let me use the restroom even though I was a customer. I made a purchase and then asked for a token to use the... restroom. She said they had no tokens. She said I had to buy something with cash to get a quarter from her. I told Andrea I onlyhave a debit card & do they do cash back? Andrea said no. So I replied,?well how am I going to do that?? A nice lady in linegave me a quarter to use the restroom. I left my drink on the counter because I didn?t want to take it in the restroom with me.On my way out the restroom I went back up to the counter to retrieve my drink. I did not see it. So I asked an older Mexicanmale El Pollo Loco worker if he knows where my drink is? I also explained to him that I had just come from the restroom. Iassume he didn?t know English well because he handed me a token to use the restroom. At that moment I realized Andrea lied tome. I asked Andrea why did she lie? I love Pollo Loco I'm 26 years old now and have been eating the franchise since I can't remember. I've been coming here to the... Pollo Loco for the past 2 months since I started school down the street. Let me tell you they are so slow! It's not the slowlike it's very busy, it's the slow of carelessness. I always order a tostada salad with no lettuce(ironic..i know) so thatshould be easy to make but I always wait 20 to 30 minutes to just get that. That's absurd and crazy. They just charge me for extra picante Salsa for 6dallor because I ask for extra. I ordered 16 mix. And from the beginning she... just give me 6 small.. how we suppose to eat this pollo with out salsa..and picante Salsa is not even in the menu to charge...el pollo don't want customer anymore. I?ve eaten el pollo loco my whole life. None worse than this shop. DONT GO!!!! Easily the slowest el pollo loco in the world. ... There were two other customers in the store and it still took them 10 minutes to take my order. They also forgot my avocadosalad last time I came. I called and they said they wrote it down so I can get it next time. Obviously they said they have norecord. I should have read the comments before trusting them. They also didn?t give me any onions or cilantro last time andwouldn?t give me extra avocado salsa. Came in today and the same woman gives the guy in front of me insane amounts of each.
