Their frozen dessert is delicious for me. It is as good as ice cream on a hot day. They have 3 toppings for $1 I like the almond... butter and the dark chocolate with fresh blueberries. Read more
The staff was super nice and patient. I was in and out quickly but there was a guy in front of me who was very specific about... the size of his order. He requested only 2 berries on his freeze and one piece of pineapple. They were very respectful of thismans order despite how absurd it was, meanwhile I was laughing. Ordered online, paid, and went to the store at 0745pm to pickup. The kid in the store told me and a door dash driver trying to... pick up her order that the store was closed because he wasn?t scheduled to work until 9. We explained our orders had alreadybeen paid for. He said he still wouldn?t give us our orders and stated I?d have to contact corporate customer service for arefund. I explained that there would be no way for me to verify that I had not picked up my order when the store wasn?t supposedto close until nine. I asked him for the managers contact information so I could make sure the issue was handled. He said hewould go and get it, locked the door, and proceeded to close out his till over the course of about 10 minutes. When the deliverydriver and I both knocked on the door again he looked up at us and said ?we?re closed.? I once again asked him for the managerscontact information and he waved me off and said ?we are closed.? Then he and his friend who were both in the store at the sametime began laughing at me when I asked him for his name and title and told him that I would be speaking to the corporate officeand his manager. Absolutely horrible experience at this location. I will be following up with a manager in the morning. Read more
