Service was excellent but they messed up on my banana strawberry milk shake.
We ordered a Rallyburger and double fish combos. Apparently, we came at a bad time because the employees were deep into... discussions and completely UNFOCUSED on their job. The cashier asked me 4 times what size drink that I wanted and each time, Istated medium size. To top it all off, the entire fish sandwich was completely burned. Both the buns and the fish. Uber , Doordash Delivery One major problem I did not like is My ice cream and shake were not sealed by the Rally?s store when... delivered. How do I know that the Delivery driver didn?t take a Sipnout of my drink or spit in my ice cream for not tipping him.I would appreciate if Rally?s would step their game up on that and put everything in bags and sticker or staple seal them likeat McDonald?s to make sure the drivers don?t do anything sneaky . Good food at great prices. Only thing missing is the chick on rollerblades taking your order popping bubblegum. ????
Always a 30-40 min wait. And all the portions here are happy meal size. Even if you get a double or triple burger,it's the same... if you add 2 or 3 patties to a cheese burger. Read more
