They forgot to put my order in, so they brought my friend a burger, and never brought out my chicken tenders. The kitchen had... closed by then (at 6:30pm) so I was too late, but they brought me some cold chicken and french fries that tasted like it wasfrom an hour ago. for $20 and 20% gratuity included. Terrible customer service. I came in to place an order since I had been stuck in the airport for 5 hours and was getting hungry.... The front service was super rude when I asked for a Menu, she pointed at the sign by the grab and go section. When I asked ifthey had wings she said "we don't sell that!" and rolled her eyes. It sucks because I was in the 53B gate all that time andit looked like a great place to eat and chill , but man...this lady really ruined it for me. Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We flew out last Friday and I walked by and asked for hot water to warm my baby's bottle..... they told it would be $2. For hot water, in my own cup, that would not be consumed by me? To just warm up a bottle to feed mytwo month old. No thanks. I went across the isle and they helped me without batting an eye. This was the best airport breakfast I've ever had. It was a giant, hearty, fresh sandwich and potatoes. Absolutely delicious.
You'll pay a steep price for convenience. $20 for a chicken tender basket, $20 for limp and soggy fish & chips, $20 for a... hamburger. Small menu and none of it is outstanding. Staff is fine. Terminal 5 lacks quality restaurants and this may be thebest one. Read more
The chicken tenders were pretty good, albeit not very large. The fries were tasty too. My boyfriend ordered the burger and... thought it was really good, better then expected. However, he eats his burgers well done so we can?t trust his judgment. Thefood came out super fast and the staff was helpful. The tables are very sticky feeling but that might be the table material. The good is garbage, the place is filthy, the hostess is rude. Oh, I left out that the drinks are weaker than weak, overpriced... and the fish looks like a dried out potato. Blah. Next time I will go hungry. Read more
Let say it's the Airport! Never really good. But my Server Toni she was on point. She had attention to details of her entire... section. She was welcoming, sweet, and polite to all those around her in her section as well those outside her section. Didn'tgive you the rush go go vibe very take your time enjoy you food and drinks "please let me know if you need" 20 years a servicesmyself and she sets a great standard of how to treat people. She needs the quarterly employee, Bonus, employee reviews. Whateveryawl do. She needs to be recognized for her hard work and dedication to a job that isn't valued these days.. Read more
