Let me say this....they tried it ??????? we waited 35mins then the chicken legs were bloody so they made us a new order, to go... since everyone was done eating. Got back to the hotel & the new order wasn't cooked all the way either. We drove from San Diegoto be disappointed. Overall it wasn't worth the hype. This place was giving with their food! Place was clean, well organized with the sanitizer on the wall with the menu bar that you... can scan as well. I was seated and within 3 minutes the waitress was there to take my order. My food came out within fiveminutes after my tea which was delicious may I add. The place was small and in the ? hood? but well worth the drive from YuccaValley ( I?m here working). The waitress was very attentive. The food was to die for. This is a southern California staple of chicken and waffle. I enjoy the delicious food and find myself craving there juicy... chicken dishes. Due to limited parking you do have to scramble parking space. You will wait to be seat due to covidrestrictions. The taste of the food has been consistent for so long its amazing. The portions are not big as in the past.However, you can't substitute quality for quantity. I always look forward to enjoy something different from the menu or stick tomy Carol C. go to dish. Best waffles ever! I?m usually not too big of a fan of waffles but I loved these! I also really like the brand of apple juice... they used. The chicken was tasty but my favorite thing was the waffle; I made sure to finish it even though I was full. Thebuilding is older as I think it was the original one but clean. Good service and it didn?t take too long to get the food. Wish Ilived in Cali to eat this waffle more regularly. Read more
