Oh my God. I love hawaii and Hawaiian food, so I was destined to find this place sooner or later and thank God i did. The bbq... is tender and tasty, and portions go from normal to ridiculous size. I had the breakfast Royal recently and quickly overstoodwhy they call it a Royal, because it?s Majestic. Eggs, char sui, portuguese sausage and vegetables all scrambled together andseasoned to perfection and served over white rice. Simple but perfect. this place is a gem and i?m glad i found it. This is a very cool old School Hawaiian style diner in Culver City. I had to pick my friend up from surgery about 10 minutes... away and we were looking for somewhere to eat on Google maps. This place had some really good reviews so we decided to come andtry it out. We walked in and immediately felt like we were on vacation in Hawaii. Lots of Hawaiian decor and tiki throughout therestaurant. We sat down and ordered some drinks. Then the waitress came over and asked what we wanted to order. I asked her whatis the most popular thing on the menu? She replied that the royales are the best things on the menu. So I ordered the originalroyale with Portuguese sausage pork , fried rice, and eggs. I dressed it up with some soy sauce and some sriracha sauce and boywas it good. I loved every bite and finished the entire plate. My friend was a little bit more simple and ordered the bacon andeggs. He says it was excellent and enjoyed it very much. As far as parking goes you have to park on the street. We got verylucky that there was a space right in front. The restaurant wasn't very busy at all so we've got excellent service and everyonethere was very nice. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Culver City. Read more

I finally got to try this place with my partner. The food portions were a good size, I definitely couldn't finish my plate. The... food tasted good, it wasn't terrible, but it didn't knock my socks off. If you're hungry and want to fill your stomach, this isthe place. What sucked about our dining experience was the sheer amount of flies in the restaurant. They were everywhere, hovering around my plate, landing on the rim of my drink, and buzzing near my head. In fact, I saw some even land on people'sfood coming out of the kitchen before the server could wave them off. Afterwards, my partner had a belly ache from the food. Shedidn't eat too much, but, it didn't settle well in her. I was fine. Anyhow, I'm glad I tried it. But, I wouldn't go out of myway to return here. Read more

Grabbed lunch here today. I'm always skeptical of Hawaiian food. This place was good. I had the chili omelette & it was pretty... good. I tried the Kahlua pig & it was pretty good. They fry it up a bit so it has a crunch to the texture which was satisfying. The huli huli chicken was good. They had a pineapple bread pudding with chocolate sauce drizzled on top & that was thehighlight! Overall, the food was good. The prices were reasonable. The service was speedy but not the most friendly. No one wasrude at all. The server was just very matter of fact. Read more
