I love sage! I eat here all the time and it’s become a hobby to try all of the menu items. My favorite is the Buffalo... cauliflower wings and the orange chicken bowl. They have so many options, it’s so hard to really pick a fav!! The staff isreally friendly and makes my dining experience a fun one. It’s a nice date spot with the perfect ambiance. Not to mention thebeers are brewed in house! I can’t believe the happy hour is so unadvertised but $5 for a beer is an unbeatable price in La???? Read more

Always love sage and I’m not even vegan. It still tastes great when I go with vegan friends. Also have wonderful homemade... brews though I’ve only tried the homemade kombucha. Amazing place and particularly amazing vegan cream base which can buildinto a number of creamy sauces. Read more

One of the best vegan places I have encountered in the Los Angeles area! The cauliflower wings is a must have because it is one... of their signature dishes. My friend and I have also tried their farmer's lasagna, butternut squash ravioli, and the mole(mo-lay) bowl. They have a large menu, so there are a lot of items I have not tried yet. However, the ones I have, have all beennothing short of amazing. My only small critique is that the dishes are a bit expensive, such as the cauliflower wings as ashared dish cost $17, almost the same price as the entrées which were around $20-21. But given the inflation, I understand it,and it does not negate the food quality. I will be back for sure when I visit the Los Angeles area again, and will try to tryevery dish possible! If they bring this place to the Twin Cities in Minnesota, I will be a frequent customer. Read more

The recommended tempura Buffalo cauliflower was as good as they say. My other server-recommended dish was the farmer’s... lasagna. The lasagna and red sauce were perfectly flavored, with good texture and distinct layers. The side of “sourdoughbread” was over-toasted whole grain sandwich bread. Then there was the side blob of gooey substance. (See pic; it’s circledin yellow.) it was disturbing in its texture…something between slime and cold oatmeal. When asked what this was, my serversaid she had no idea, nor did she find out. Read more

I have been coming to Sage every time I visit LA from SD for almost three years now. In the 10-15 times I’ve been been here,... it has never disappointed at this location (didn’t have a great experience at the Culver City location). While it’s not thespot I come to for a “healthy vegan” spot (although there are options), I love that the food is organic and locally sourcedat minimum. I always tend to favor the Buffalo cauliflower wings and they are delicious! All their sauces are amazing too. Thestaff is typically very friendly as well- today the service at the bar was just ok, but the hostess was very kind. I was sohappy to be able to sit indoors again today, and loved the atmosphere. I’ll be back soon! Read more
