Me and my friend got a chicken salad wrap. It was basically something I could have make at home for less than 11 dollars. Mine... had a tiny amount but was more veggies than chicken and hers had zero chicken salad. She had to go back for it. You?d expect achicken salad sandwich to be more chicken than anything else. As a black woman I felt completely ignored and as if they didn?t want to service me at all. I stood at the register to order for... 4 minutes too long without even being greeted or acknowledged, mind you there were two employees one employee wasn?t evenoccupied and was more focused on her phone. With my three kids, who wanted juices as well definitely not a great way to treat apotential customer, however they proceeded to service non black customers. Nasty customer service! Worst juices won't never go here again, I ordered a green giant and when tried it it was so sweeet, so I... asked to exchange it but Rossie (an employee) was so rude and demand for me to pay if I wanted another juice, so I asked for arefund instead and she said we could get our money that if I didn't like it that wasn't her problem, this the second i attemptto buy from here but this is it. Who refuses to make a new drink for someone? Who says straight to the customer's face, "That's not what you ordered" Even as I... remind you as you started to make the wrong one that i wanted something else. I have been coming to this stand for smoothiesquite regularly and never have I experienced such poor service. You lost a regular today. I didn't order incorrectly becauseit's the same thing I order all the time. It's a shame because the Green Giant Smoothie (the thing I did indeed try and order)is delicious. First time coming here I did not know what to get, but this friendly worker, named Josh, helped me pick out a smoothie. Being... the indecisive person I was, he kept his patience and even gave suggestions in picking my own combination smoothie. I ended upgoing with the Hawaiian lost (but added mango) and it was sooooo good!! Best smoothie I've tried! It's all fresh fruit too andyou can even tell by the taste that it isn't just some syrup or powder... I'm a local around the farmers market and I'm glad Itried this place, I go in almost every other day (: I suggest trying the Hawaiian lost smoothie or if you're looking for a juicego and try their green juice! Ordered the chicken wrap and instead of plenty of chicken it was filled with mostly croutons. The ingredients were incorrect on... their menu. It says nothing about there being onions or croutons. I was very dissatisfied and won't go here again. Maybe theyare better with the smoothies. For twelve dollars this should have more chicken and less croutons. Read more
