My mother and I visited this Shake Shack during our vacation in Hollywood last week. We split a Strawberry Shake topped off with... whipped cream. The shake was delicious and worth the price ($5.99), especially for the freshness of our shake flavor and theadded whipped cream. The staff here are very friendly and able to accommodate any special requests for toppings/sides/refills.We'll definitely return here on future Hollywood visits. Read more
**DISCLAIMER** IF YOU ARE A SHAKE SHACK FAN, AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. This shake shack is the worst one Ive ever been to.... First off, the atmosphere was claustrophobic, everyone was cramped into a small restaurant and all empty tables are leftuncleaned and gross. Im a huge fan of shake shack and rate it my #1 fast food burger place. I take all my friends there iftheyve never tried it before and they fall in love with as well. The food at this shake shack is disappointing. I ordered acookies n creme milkshake and, my favorite, the avocado bacon chicken sandwich. When getting my food, I was greeted with anunclean milkshake and a sandwich in shambles. The milkshake cup had chunks of icecream all over the side of the cup and it wasridiculous to be served at its state. The sandwich was extremely disappointing... First thing you notice is a muddy looking goopon your chicken, which was the avocado. The sandwich was poorly constructed and just given to the customer without a secondthought. It saddens me to know that tourists and first timers were given such poorly presented food. tldr; look at the food Iwas served in the picture... dont come here if you love shake shack. Read more
the food is good, was my first time visiting a shake shack since i can?t find one near but that said, i was asking a few... questions about the burgers and the milkshakes i was going to get but the guy taking my order seemed so annoyed and wasbasically eye rolling anytime i had a question. it was honestly disappointing like they pay you for this?costs nothing to benice and answer a question or two with a good attitude.. do better! Dined in for 3 on 9.3.21. We ordered 2 chick n bites ($14.78), cheese fries ($4.09), and chick n shack ($7.39). Good premium... chicken. Everything was fresh and tasty. Expensive but due to location, it was expected. Cheese on fries was just ok. Read more
Shack shacks burgers are simply the best I?ve ever had, the meat is really high quality, and the fries are perfectly consistent... and delicious, not to mention the shakes there have a really wonderful texture, and taste. If your ever in the LA county areaor just near a shake shack I recommend giving it a try. Read more
