Always tasty, flavorful and simple. The noodles are good and an extra order suffices for a really hungry outing. I like the way... you can order a variety of sides. If you?re in the mood for less, that?s what toy get. If you want a lot more in the ramen, youcan get that too. There other dishes are delicious too but don?t stray far from the Hakata Ramen. Grab a beer with it and callit a night. (Also close access to the 405 : ) Read more

Wowowow new fave go-to spot! Even for a Friday night that was insanely busy the servers were incredibly fast. Not to mention all... the food was so delicious. If you don?t stop by at least once you?re missing out. Read more

When I walked in and sat down, everyone greeted me loudly and emphatically! It was rather startling! However, this was the best... ramen I've ever had. The delicious complexity of the broth was enough to make me forget everything for just a moment. Thenoodles (I ordered them extra firm) were fresh and had a lovely texture. When I took a bite of the pork belly it was sweet, aperfect compliment to the salt and umami of the rest of the dish. I loved it even as they yelled at me when I left. Read more

Consistently tasty yummy ramen noodles and side dishes! This place is for eating, finishing, and leaving. It is not a place to... sit down for a long period of time. It is fast paced but oh so yummy flavors and food! It's been several years since my lastreview so I thought I would update it! Today we added the Chicken Kaarage with Yuzu pepper sauce and the monthly Special: ClamChowder Croquette. The croquette was VERY Tasty! Eating this was like a mashed potato clam chowder in a deep fried flattenedball. It was a perfect " amuse bouche" before our ramen. I love their Matcha Green Ice Tea! You get refills. My husband lovesthe Orion beer. Metered street parking. Read the parking signs carefully before parking. You don't want a ticket. Read more

It was ok. The gyoza appetizer was good but not great. The spam musabi was not that good. It seemed like it wasn?t fresh. The... Hakata Ramen was decent. The broth was good, the ramen was ok. But the biggest deal breaker was the pork. It was super dry. Read more

TL;DR: If you're looking for a place to eat vegetarian ramen shop, you've come to the right place. I ordered a Vegetarian Ramen... with toppings of: Spicy Miso, Flavored Soft Egg, Spinach, and Firecracker. The real star of the show here was the broth. It wasnice and flavorful without being overly salty like a lot of other ramen shops. With the addition of the aforementioned toppings, the ramen was one of the best I've ever had. The price of the vegetarian ramen is modest at $10.50 but keep in mind that eachtopping is somewhere around the $2 mark so the price can add up if you go crazy with toppings. The last thing to note is thatthe people working the place are really nice and answer questions about the menu with patience. Also, whenever you enter andwhenever you leave they'll greet you and see you off in Japanese. It's a cute little thing they did that I found quite fun. Read more
