Most plates are pretty delicious. Service can be better. The focus was missing despite we were almost the only table.

This gem of a restaurant is the best kept secret in LA! It is our “go to” for celebrations as well as “I don’t want to... cook tonight, what shall we do instead?” The family who owns and operates is second to none in authenticity as well askindness. The short rib curry, hidden treasures, and wine from the Alsace region are must haves. As for everything else, youcannot go wrong! Read more

The best Thai food in LA, no question. Been customer for many years and appreciate the family who owns and runs the restaurant... and never waivers on quality. Stay updated for their special dishes. Pro tip: check their wine list, unique selection andsurprisingly affordable. Read more

Devils noodle was delicious! Amazing Wok Hay. We also ordered the lard chicken appetizer and the sweet and sour stir fry of... chicken wrapped in lettuce is unlike anything I’ve ever had before! Delicious :) Read more

Thai food at a cute restaurant on Robertson. Somewhat Americanized Thai that is acceptable. Although the food is decent, the... portions are small. Not that small cannot be good but the food is not good enough to get away with such small portions. Overallthe food is pretty good. Read more

Si Laa is the golden standard of authentic Thai cuisine, and I am giving my highest recommendation possible! The menu covers an... amazing amount of territory, and everything I’ve tried has been ungodly delicious. From the Hidden Treasures appetizer(prawns/shrimp, blue crab meat, coconut curry) to something as simple as the Garlic and Ginger fried rice (convinced this couldbe the answer to World Peace), one can appreciate that every dish was undoubtedly prepared with care and attention. At the endof the meal, we were greeted by the executive chef, and I must say, she is the epitome of the American dream. Legend has it thatLeonardo DiCapario and Keanu Reeves are regulars here - if it’s good enough for these guys, it’s good enough for me! Whilstsome restaurant cut corners, I admire that Si Laa has kept true to form in pushing the envelope for how Thai food should beserved. 5/5 Y’all have a customer for life ???? Read more
