I ordered tortilla chips with my salad, not pieces of pita bread. I cannot eat gluten and I am extremely disappointed that I... found dozens of pieces of bread in my salad and now I cannot eat it. I am not expecting them to have a gluten-free restaurantbut they could at least be upfront about the allergens. No one let me know these contained gluten. So The salad was good But customer service was lacking until a worker named James came and helped . I'm giving one star because... the other employees talk, play and move super slow on purpose . Hire more people who actually want to work. I was being fullyignored until James came and made sure I got my order. Why is he making 3 bowls at once while other employees are moving slowand talking . I hope it's not a race issue because he is a big black man and the other employees weren't . I enjoyed my Saladbut not the expierience . Y'all need to stop making then split tips because I wanted to personally tip just him. Also whileworkers are lollygagging they should be wiping tables and cleaning the floors the restaurant is dirty. 6/29..Ive been to this location a few times and I love it. The food is really good. I've never had an issue ordering in person... before, but the wait can be a while if they have online orders ahead of you. The variety is great for a "build your own" wrap orsalad. I usually get wraps but this last visit I decided on a salad. I placed my order through the app and when brought home Iwas tearing it apart! because it's soo good. Until... I took a piece of hair out of my mouth. :( This made me sad because noweach bite is extra cautious preventing full enjoyment of my meal. This is not a negative on the place, nor the food. But thisone experience left me sad. 7/3...update. So I didn't want to give up and the salad was so good I wanted a redo. Sadly I wouldadvice not ordering through the app. I ordered the exact same salad which had a handful of extra charge add ons. Theunfortunate thing about ordering through the The app is Once you choose your items, and pay for it, that's it.You are notreimbursed for items not available Or forgotten. I'm missing two items from my add-ons that I paid for. If I ever go back, Iwill just have to wait in line and order in person. Disappointed. Read more
Overall 4 stars, I think realistically they did their job of making the salad but overall I didn?t feel like the energy or... spirit was up, it felt very draining in there making my experience not so jolly. My salad was healthy, however, I think I shouldhad had more time to access the menu, social media, and then order a salad with more visual understanding because my salad wasjust mediocre. I complained today and they said they will take care of me. The manager sounds polite over the phone , at leasthe said he will take care of me, but he?s saying 50% off and I said no, give me the full salad over, and he said ok.. we willmake the salad over. Sooooo yeah! That?s my experience! I?ll post a pic tomorrow when I go! I went around 5pm Sunday. Today thespirit is up, I came back to have them make my experience better today. This place has so much potential but the staff and the actual business is a bit disorganized. The staff members are rude. Trying... to order is absolutely chaotic. Not one person to greet you or explain the ordering system. Absolutely bananas, I unfortunatelyhave to stop coming here. Read more
