I know this is probably a corporate and management issue, but they consistently have the store closed, yet maintain the in store... pickup option available on the app. When you arrive and find the doors locked, they ask you to get in line for the drive thru,which defeats the purpose of ordering for in store pick up. This is especially frustrating when the drive thru line is long andyou can't allocate more time to your stop. If this location is only available for drive thrus on a given day,management/corporate should indicate that on the app. Not doing so makes this location an unreliable place to place in storepick-ups via the app. :/ Read more
Great place to refresh my mind when I get tired of working at home. Good spacious table and chair area with cozy environment.
I ordered 2 items and they couldn't get it right for over 10 minutes at the window. Medium Carmel Macchiato extra hot and a... warmed ham and cheese croissant, that's it. First the young Lady hands me a cold croissant and I inform her, then a young manbrings me a drink I didn't order, then they bring back the croissant and tell me to have a nice day, I then ask where my CarmelMacchiato was and he gives yet a ice drink and then I was given the steaming hot drink with no cup cover. Very quick and efficient drive thru. I order my oatmilk Brown Sugar and I.receive it in a timely fashion. The employees are... quick and friendly with a welcoming smile. The lobby is kept clean. This is a very good Starbucks. Read more
So disappointed waiting here by the door for over 15 mins to pick up my mobile order and the employees having fun talking inside
This location makes excellent drinks, however they often have leave caramel dripping down the side of my cup. When I asked them... if they could wipe the cup off so it doesn?t drip on my clothes or get on my hands, they seem very annoyed.
