Wow. There was this female employee that had a stink look as if I did something to her like a hatred look & I don?t even know... her and I was veryy nice. Strange to me. Second I went inside the bathroom because I needed to use it & I have never seenstarbucks keep their bathrooms in such a disgusting condition. It smelled like horrid urine and the floors were peed all overwith strong urine smell I nearly wanted to throw up. They need to manage their locations very appropriately especially thatstarbucks is a known corporate this makes me not want to be a customer at all anymore. Their locations are doing terrible withbaristas, drinks, foods, cleanliness, prices. Disappointed as a loyal customer! Read more
One star for hygiene. This place is constantly running out of soap for their bathroom. This place never seems to have soap in... their bathroom, I come here because of work breaks otherwise I would never come to this Starbucks let alone eat anything fromthis location. Read more
Lovely location with kind and helpful Staff. This location includes indoor and outdoor patio seating. A 6 or so small tables... with one large table in the middle. Plenty of drink and food options. Great place to hang out or grab a pick me up. Read more

I love this Starbucks. I?m a big fan of this location. Staff is friendly. Location is terrific. They have two restrooms that... are pretty much always operational and not out of order. ????This is a rarity in a packed neighborhood in a major city. I likethe seating structure here and there is a fair amount of outdoor seating. Fast internet here too. I come and get an icedcoffee, refill for 50 cents each and just sit and do work. I like their selection of music. This location can get busy. Theyhave some parking, not great but a few spaces. A lot for this type of vibrant neighborhood. Read more
This is how they wanted to serve my coffee drink. This is their idea of light ice, which by the way I never ordered light ice.... Theres a reason why I ordered a venti size! Every other Starbucks they've always filled to the top. The female barista wastrying to argue that this is light ice. She's lucky that I was in a hurry otherwise she would have heard from me This! Cool Traditional Italian Cuisine Restaurant located in the #DTLA #CreativeArts District . There's plenty Handmade Pasta... Selections including a delicious #PestoHandkerchiefPasta . Factory Kitchen was able to "soldier on" during the intense WorldwideCovid Pandemic by setting up an outdoor large Canopy inside their massive parking lot for their Italian Flavor SeekingCustomers. The main reason this review is partially biased is because I'm the Sign Painter #DesignerTJP who discovered theirlarge Outdoor Canopy "squeezing me" out from painting additional Tenant Signs above the Italian Dining Action! OVERALL: Great experience, fast service, and best of all: NO SOUR MILK SMELL UPON ENTERING. ???? SERVICE: Mary Jane was the... nicest, most professional barista I have encountered.
