Yesterday I ordered two caramel cream cold brew and I guess I irritated the husky big boned girl there because I payed with... change this person named Jocelyn made one of my drinks right the other she didn't add the caramel syrup which I returned andtold her she had attitude and said she did add the Carmel syrup which she didn't because one was sweet the other had a strongcaffeine taste so she poured the caramel syrup into a small cup and told me to mix it in my cup with her snotty attitude sheshould of taken my coffee and made it right this girl needs to work on her people skills especially it's hot out here and peoplewant there cold brew cause I could of easily went off on her for being rude she needs to check her self before she recks herself or get a job in the back of Vons stocking cause they can use the presence of another big person back there "BIG BAABEEE" Read more

I just left Starbucks at Vons. The staff who helped me tonight was so prompt, friendly and helpful and was very knowledgeable... with the products/drinks that they're serving. Happy customer. The worst service ever, I bought a few cold drinks to this Starbucks inside Vons. I ordered a Passion Tea With Lemon and Sweeten... and the other were some iced coffee. My parents waited in the car for me for the drinks. When I got to the car I handed thedrinks to my parents my mom had the tea. The tea came unsweetened and didn?t have the lemonade as she ordered. So I went back inthe store and told the lady that she didn?t put sweeter and the lemonade. When I asked her she said that she can?t change thedrink as she?s already closing. I told her all she needs to add is the sweetener and lemonade but she said she can?t. I told herthat I want to talk to a manager and she said go ahead. I just decided to leave as my parents were waiting for me in the car. Read more

Very poor experience. I ordered a Grande in a venti cup with added cold soy. I order this 5 times a week. In Canada one puts in... their own soy. In the US the barista generally wants to do it (something about health and safety). Today, for the first time, Iwas charged for the soy. She said any amount above two inches must be charged. Firstly, there is not two inches of space betweenthe sizes and if there is I didn't want two inches, I wanted some amount. Second, this was not even for warmed or frothed milk,which is what costs extra (a whole mug of steamed soy in a latte). When I said I didn't think that my order was in fact thepolicy she was referring to, she poured out my whole drink and handed me a new black coffee. I think of starbucks as customerfriendly-- if you don't like a drink you can send it back. This experience was so totally the opposite. Read more

My friend Jack is always telling me he can do cartwheels but he thinks a cartwheel is a roley poley. I keep telling him that... roley poleys are not that impressive and he just looks at me like a madman. I actually showed Jack a video of someone doing acartwheel on YouTube at this Starbucks and he was blown away. It's a nice place. Read more

Customer service is pretty lame. Don't even thank you for ur business. Drink is below standard for star bucks. Pricing is high... for below standard drink quality. More watery then normal. Read more
