Slow service, talkative employees, and unobservant as well. There was a large group blocking the cashiers which caused me to be... skipped and then the employee decided to chit chat with another customer rather than serve the rest of the line. Typical servicethese days I guess. Read more

It?s always a hit or miss at this Starbucks.. but usually a miss. Customer service at this location is terrible, especially from... the guy who takes orders during night shifts. I can tell he?s working once i hear his high pitch voice through the speaker atdrive thru. He usually replies back rude and w snarky remarks. There?s really no need for that especially when people aren?ttalking to you in a rude or disrespectful way. They need to retrain staff with proper customer service smh Read more
