6 employees inside of the store. No shift manager. Employees closing the store at 8 PM instead of 10 PM posted business hours.... Asked to speak with supervisor, Evelyn came over and said they were short staffed and it's not unusual for them to close waybefore posted hours. I asked her if that comes from corporate, and she said that came from her boss. It's very disappointing forcustomers who need to work and have some coffee when they have posted hours and don't follow through with it. Read more

I have never received super terrible service like I did here today. I was at the drive thru waiting since 9:10pm and when it was... finally my turn to order at the drive thru which was around 10:08pm, they have the audacity to to tell me they can no longertake orders after 10pm. Mind you they did not put any sign or a cone so that I wouldn?t be waiting there for a long time fornothing. Next time do better!!!! Read more

We were there Sunday August 21 @ 1:05 pm. And the girl at the window was really rude. We ordered thru drive thru and she kept... talking over the person ordering and interrupting us asking if we were finished ordering after every single drink we wereordering. When we finally got to the window we had a coupon code and she asked if we had a barcode and proceeded to close thewindow on us and didn?t bother to ask if we needed help finding the coupon. She didn?t even apologize for slamming the window inour faces. Very terrible costumer service. I really don?t think I?d want to come back here. My experiences in this Starbucks arenever positive. I ordered two hot caramel lattes. I was asked if I want hot coffee or cold coffee. I said I wanted hot coffee, but they made... me cold anyway. In this establishment, employees do what they want, regardless of what the client ordered. And there is a verylong service. Read more

Honestly I'm not coming back to the Starbucks I have place the mobile order and unfortunately I forgot to pick it up so I... finally came the gentleman that was very rude from the beginning I explained to that I had forgotten to pick up my drink I waswilling to pay for another one but he gave me a blank look I had to repeat myself two three just for him to tell me so what doyou want me to do with an attitude so I had to repeat myself again and mind you I said I don't mind paying for I just want a newdrink and he just looked at me and he gave me a smirk went ahead and told the other employee that was there laughing telling himvery sarcastically that I forgot to pick up a drink which I don't think it's funny I don't I don't appreciate him laughing at meand then he goes and puts the old drink in a new cup and gives it to me and that's the pictures of the old drink and I just anew cup that's horrible like no never again ever Read more

Love this Starbucks the crew is super friendly all the food and drinks I've had here had been perfect. It is a great spot to... come in and work a bit on whatever your doing with the Wi-Fi and power outlets you can bring your laptop and get right to work.It is a very diverse group of people that frequent this shop which was a bit surprising but not unexpected given the change ofdemographics in this area. Love the wireless stations set right on the table so if your phone is wireless charging capable noneed for a charger. Read more
