Horrible customer service provided by Maggie. She?s there because she has to, but so clear that she?s not enjoying her job at... all. Doesn?t greed the customers and was rude to another customer too. However when another Safeway crew came to the line shechanged and was smiling; what she couldn?t do with us as customers. I know it?s hard and sometimes we?re like to be somewhereelse besides working but giving your best attitude makes things better. Read more

The Starbucks barista was really nice and understanding. Even though I stutter a lot and probably panic.

I again came to this Starbucks today and regretted my decision. I always get matcha green tea lattes and the one here just... doesn?t taste the same as other locations. It seems watery, maybe they don?t mix well. Also, once the foam goes down you?llnotice that the drink is actually barely filled up half way of the cup. Not worth my time. I?ll stop coming here. I had some plumbers installing a kitchen faucet at my place, and the job was going long. I decided to get coffee for the group,... and went to the Starbucks in the store. Because I didn't know how they took their coffee, I asked for sugar packets. BaristaJenny looked under the counter and said, "oh, we only have Splenda or Stevie right now. Otherwise, there's a guy on break andyou'll have to wait. As a matter of hospitality. I needed the sugar and told her it was not optional. She served about four orfive people behind me, and after I complained that I would need my five drinks refunded if I wasn't provided sugar, Jennyrelented and sent the assistant to get their supplies somewhere out in the store, which still took another five minutes. When Ifinally got back, the plumbers were gone. This trip was a total fail by Jenny and the Starbucks in Ralph's. I am copying thiscomment and emailing it to corporate Starbucks. What I should do is bring the coffee I can't do anything with back for a refund. Read more

Wouldn?t refill my coffee even though I followed all the refill rules. I used to work at Starbucks so I know what the guidelines... are about refills and they point blank told me I didn?t know what I was talking about and wouldn?t do it. Read more

This location is very close to my family. I have to say that the times I have gone to this location, staff seem short and rude... with customers. They are definitely understaffed. Such a high volume of customers and not enough staff. It isn't pleasant tovisit this location. Too bad because that it makes good ambiance. Read more
