I personally travel for business 2 weeks out of the month. I regularly stop-in at Starbucks because I know I can get a... consistent beverage and food, but can also sit and get some work done for the day using in-house WiFi. To my dismay, thisparticular store has removed EVERY single outlet such that guests cannot plugin a laptop. Read more
Starbucks is Starbucks, usually. But I have to give a low rating because I know the difference between cold brew and iced... coffee. I ordered cold brew and received ice coffee. I don?t have time to correct somebody serving, though I would haveappreciated being told if the cold brew was out. It?s possible they just don?t know the difference. Either way, I won?t go hereagain. Be careful and check the bank to make sure they don't charge you twice for your order. Which is what happened to my order... 05/21/22. The girl at the counter even mentioned the machine is having issues Once she realized it was taking for ever to gothrough and charge me. The next day I noticed I was charged twice. The day after I tried calling but even getting through totalk about the issue is difficult. I will have to try again tomorrow. Read more
As a customer coming in Sunday morning, I have to say customer service could not have been worse. Mohamed may be in charge on... Sunday morning 9/26/2021, but he clearly shows a huge lack of any type of management training or customer service skills. We canmake Mickey Mouse manager, but we all know how that will go. Starbucks appoints kids with no skill for the sole reason of nothaving to pay them as they have no background in management. Mohamed fits the no skills very well. Read more
This Starbucks has closed off all of their outlets so you can?t plug in and work.
