This Starbucks store is blasting AC at maximum. Parking is easy. Use the HHLA parking garage. The first 30 minutes are free.
Came here to get a couple of drinks for me and my fiancé, waited for awhile and we noticed people were getting their drinks... after we had ordered. I came up to the counter and one of the baristas noticed an order that had been sitting on the counter butit was the wrong one. He made a new one and called my name. We were still missing one, the other barista made my 2nd drink andjust sat it on the counter. I got up again and the barista that remade my drink handed me my 2nd drink. I told him that it wouldhave been nice if they would have called my name as soon as my order was ready instead of me getting up a few times to check ifmine was ready. Very disappointed! Read more
Great place, great service. The employees are nice and always have a great attitude! Come here all the time and like to switch... it up a bit, as to not have the same drink over and over. I have to say that the only unfortunate aspect of coming here are thecustomers. A lot of people that come here have an entitled attitude. People crying over coffee, boohoo. Ask them nicely andthey'll make it for you again, yet people act as if they're royalty. Otherwise, love the place. Oh and they finally have theirpatio back! Read more
Zarriah is such a happy cashier at this location and does a great job of making the customers happy. Give this girl a raise.
