Terrible Starbucks. I never experienced a Starbucks with customer service this bad. I have complained about barista Roxy at... least 5 times she is extremely rude and unprofessional. They will not call your name out when your drink is finished so pleasemake sure you're attentive or you will be standing around waiting for nothing. They will not greet you upon walking in the storeor at the register. Roxy will stare at you and wait for you to start your order without asking "how can I help you" or any typeof greeting. On top of the terrible customer service they mess up drinks constantly. This Starbucks is below my office so thatis the only reason why I continue to return is for the convenience. They ran out of all dairy milk, so instead of giving me the rest of my items, they asked me to cancel the entire order. Since... they are not part of corporate, they said I should go to the app and find corporate number to cancel. They didn?t offer to bakethe order another way. I had to go find my order on my mobile app and ask for alternatives. They had a careless attitude. Read more

Starbucks corporate should be embarrassed to call this a Starbucks. Definitely the worst customer service at a Starbucks I?ve... ever experienced. There?s no name tags on anyone so I can?t leave a name to tell you who are the rude so-called ?Baristas?Corporate should definitely get involved, you can?t charge 8 dollars for a coffee and have this bad of customer service. Walked in and the girl taking orders had a very bad attitude. When asked for something extra to put in my coffee she said "if we... even have it back there" which they have been putting it in my coffee for about a week now. This is a complicated Starbucks - they aren?t really a Starbucks just have the lipstick of a Starbucks! I couldn?t use my visa... in my Starbucks wallet, and they don?t take mobile orders - I don?t know, I think Starbucks corporate needs to streamline alltheir brand - it?s probably the hq fault! Starbucks located on the property of the Residence Inn, also next to Jersey Mike?s. A smaller Starbucks but has all the... essentials; baristas, a variety of food behind the counter, about a dozen seats and a handful of tables to sit at, a fewelectrical outlets and if you?re lucky a free ?reserved parking spot? for patrons. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my americanoand spinach feta wrap while I wait to pick up a friend at LAX. Did I mention it?s clean (most Starbucks are) and the service isquick.
