Worst Starbucks I?ve been to. Hours are inconsistent. Walk ups are ignored. Drive through lines out of control. Will say they?re... out of items and then magically find it in the back if you ask for an alternative. Once, I spent 30 minutes listening to anemployee tell me how many hours they made her work because they had nobody else. And today a worker made fun of my eyes whileothers uncomfortably laughed. I love this place ! One of my favorite coffee shops . I never had a problem there , The staff is always friendly and willing to... help out . I stopped by to get a gift card and there wasn't any waiting so I felt pretty lucky . Cause they are always superbusy and I would wait no matter what . Thank you for being so unique at this location. I got a caramel frappe and there are black fragments in it. I?m not sure what it is, dirt or what, but I get this drink almost... every day from other locations and it?s never had unknown things floating around in it. I don?t think this is a sanitarylocation to order from. Read more

Horrible experience. I order 2 simple coffees and 2 sandwiches. After waiting for 10 minutes they gave me the drinks and one... food item as they gave my other sandwich to a women in front of me because hers was burned. I remind them that I was missing oneitem, they ignored me. I had to go back to the register to ask them and I saw them putting it in the oven, so I told them that Iwas already waiting for 20 minutes that I don?t want the food item any more, that I wanted my money back. The women ignored meand continue and I went to speak with the other person at the window. They finally gave me the food item. That it was cold andbarely brown as you can see in the picture. I order from the Starbucks mobile app, & this Starbucks drive-thru is open till 11pm! But I almost missed picking up my... delicious Chai Tea Latte cuz of the nasty traffic cones blocking both driveways. You can?t enter Starbucks heading north onSepulveda. Lots of turns & a U-turn to get back to the beautiful building (really gorgeous!) The Chai Tea Latte was worth thetrouble. Read more
