With covid and all, I usually order online and pick up in the store. My drink is always ready on time.

2 stars for the location, the barista lady working at this location is unfortunately very unprofessional, never got my order... right, shows no interest in service. I go there all the time and this is always her attitude? last time she gave me the cu ofcoffee with the cup not fully covered with the lid, halfway through my walk home the whole thing spelled over me. Very unhappy.. Read more

This place is officially my least favorite Starbucks. 1.No one here smiles, they have their own problems to deal with and it... shows in their attitudes. The private conversations which reflect their immature discontent with life in general spill out intothe establishment for all to hear. There are no older mature people that work here or any Starbucks anywhere in general, it is ararity to find an employee over 40 ever working at any Starbucks anywhere in the nation, a possible discrimination issue. I knowof at least 5 people over 50 who applied for the job but were either turned down with no explanation or were never evencontacted back to be turned down. Definitely not diverse, and though I have nothing against gays or lesbians, I'm finding moreand more of a diversity issue as it appears to me that usually more than %50 of the crew working at any Starbucks at any giventime are of a non- straight nature, and this may be another diversity issue, that Straight people are discriminated against atStarbucks establishments as employees and as customers. I have witnessed gay employees sliding extras across the counter to gaycustomers and not charging for shots and size upgrades and said nothing. I've also seen straight senior citizens who needed anapkin ignored or told to hold on because taking money from someone else at the time was more important to them. I'm saying itfinally now. 2. If you spend $7 dollars on a tiny coffee because you got a few extra shots, and caramel drizzle, and you expectto get a refill for $.50, it ain't happening. You will only be able to get tiny coffee without your extra shots and caramelthat you paid $7 dollars for. I haven't decided if the trillion dollar company has a coffee shortage or if they're just thecheapest company in existence that doesn't give a flying coffee bean about you. I'm going with the second.because... 3. Eventhough they asked me my name, they either didn't call it or they took no effort to make sure I heard i Read more
