I don't like leaving bad reviews. Came in here in the morning and was told that they're only serving hot or iced coffee, which... is fine because things happen. I asked to buy a bag of beans and have it ground to "coarse" setting (or French press). The twoworkers seemed confused - they asked if I meant "more powdery", to which I tried to clarify what coarse meant in a polite way.Seeming scripted, they said that they don't grind beans due to COVID (this was December 2021 and I have it done regularly atother Starbucks locations) but I could buy a grinder. I thanked them for their time and went to a different Starbucks and boughtbeans and had them ground (in the coarse setting). I understand that employees can be new and untrained, but there shouldalways be someone with some basic training working at these stores. Frustrating experience to say the least. Today I had THE WORST experience with a very rude and condescending worker who?s name is either Mia or Maria (she wouldn?t say... her name clearly) it took her 25 mins to hand me my sandwich I ordered. She intentionally ignored me and when I asked her after20 mins how much longer it would be she responded ?I could give you a refund? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Wasted my time and money here. They need to work on their customer service, order 3 drinks from here all of them were wrong told... them if they could please fix it they gave attitude and still didn?t do it right. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read more

I'll start by saying, we're not all people person, that's a fact.. however, we must engage and be respectful, right? If you're... a customer service associate, the least you can do is be mindful of this. But ok don't be nice, just get my order right anddon't get mad when you don't and I ask you to redo it! Pretty simple request; Talk Misto NO/FOAM. ALSO, KEEP THE COUNTERS &TABLES CLEAN, and what happened to the napkins? Couldn't even wipe the table myself as there were none. Read more

This is the second time I received lackluster customer service. The girl at the counter was not helpful at all and didn't even... provide friendly service or a smile. The two girls at the counter we're more concerned about talking about their eyebrows andgetting back to their conversation than having any concern for their customers. Interestingly enough, before walking awayanother customer had went up to the counter and ordered a bagel and was provided perky and upbeat service from the same cashierwho was dismissive towards me.
