Terrible service . Two employees working on Nov. 19th Night Shift refuses my friends service even though they weren?t closed... until 10pm and we arrived 10min prior to closing . Someone was waiting for there order while we were in line to order out drinks, that?s when one of the employees told us they were closed although they still had the order window open and the open sign on .Another customer came after they refused us service and demanded them make his drink because they were technically not closedfor a few more minutes . They proceeded to accept his payment and make his drink with us watching the entire interaction.Absolutely terrible experience. We came here specifically because it was t he closest Starbucks that was STILL OPEN. I hopethere are consequences for those 2 MALE employees . Read more

Very friendly staff. Greeted us when we walked in. Speedy getting our order to us. Convenient to get to on hollywood blvd.

What can I say....... It's Starbucks!! Need my caffeine fix so I go to one of the many. This particular store is crowded, most... of the time, because it's on Hollywood Blvd. The staff's really great at moving everyone through so I've never had a long wait.Drinks are always exactly as ordered (yummy). Great coffee shop right next to the Dolby Theatre on the Hollywood strip. Great stop for that extra boost for that night time... stroll through here. Baristas are pretty fast for the amount of traffic that comes in. The place is kept up well and the tablesoutside make for a much better scenery. Families, couples on dates, and people riding solo can be seen here as it is a vibe forall! Read more
