I have visited this Starbucks in the past, and typically the service is fine and friendly, the layout of the store doesn't allow... for a good flow of foot traffic to accommodate their busy times. I ordered ahead through the app and my drink was ready withina few seconds of me entering the store. My food however was not ready and was not prepared until I waited 10+ minutes and theninquired about it. The barista acted as though it was abnormal for them to heat up the grilled cheese, but I've ordered thatahead via the app on several occasions from various other locations and it has always been prepared as the other hot foods are. It as not a major inconvenience as I was not in a rush, but it did somewhat negate the benefits of the order-ahead feature. Myonly other complaint is the spikes on the ground at the parking lot exit. Driving over those spikes always gives me anxietythat my car will roll backwards unexpectedly (flashbacks to having a manual transmission) and destroy my tires! I realize thisis a silly fear and probably unique to me - but are the spikes really necessary? Read more
They are a little pricey. No question. But there's no place. Better to sit. Enjoy a beautiful day. People watching and surfing... the web on their fast, free Wi-Fi. Read more
I don?t normally leave reviews but this location gave me great service by cleaning up quickly when I asked them for a table and... then gave me a bit more coffee for the wait. Very nice location to come and get work done at! Read more
Surprisingly there's not many convenient coffee shops in the area on Sunset. Yes, it's a Starbucks so you know what to expect.... But the employees at this location are top notch. It can get busy but the team is always fast, efficient and friendly. Read more

I was just there last night for the first time because it's a fairly new store. I found everyone to be helpful (providing the... bathroom code) she wrote it down for me. And when I asked if their coffee was organic based there was a little discussion butthey determined it is organic. And there was plenty of parking, nice outdoor seating and they stay open the latest (9 pm) ofany of the Starbucks I could find in the West Hollywood area. Two thumbs way up! Read more
