Reviews for Starbucks in Los Angeles, CA

One of my favorite Starbucks and definitely my DTLA favorite. In the center of downtown Los Angeles, features usual Starbucks... foods and drinks, friendly multi-ethnic staff, multi-ethnic diverse-income customer base, two well-kept restrooms, and a casualrelaxed atmosphere. Other amenities include a full-service Whole Foods (groceries, hot food bar, deli, bakery, pizza, Amazonlockers, etc) across the street and close to a number of other eateries and shops, as well as downtown apartments, transitlines, and hotels. Crowded at times in seating but order and restroom lines are usually short or don't exist. (No chargingpoints at any DTLA Starbucks.) Read more

I love the layout of this location. You can sit at a counter to eat your sandwich like a restaurant counter. The management does... NOT tolerate the homeless people begging for money inside the store. I appreciate this. Read more

I have almost never had bad service at a Starbucks. But I really would like someone at this location take action to make up for... my visit. I ordered 2 drinks, an oatmeal and a breakfast sandwich. The cashier had to go whisper with another employee. When shereturned, she repeated the order back to us including the breakfast sandwich. Our drinks and food came out at wildly differenttimes. Which wasn't a problem, it's just to explain that i waited a long while for my sandwich to come. When I finally went tocheck on it, they told me that they didn't have my order. 'No problem, mistakes happen. Can you please get that for me?' Insteadof starting on my missed order, they go to a register to prove to me that I was not charged for my sandwich. I was a bitsurprised that's how they wanted to handle this, but OK. 'I'm surprised because the cashier repeated my order back to me. Canyou start my sandwich while I grab my phone to pay?' I grab my phone and head to the counter. Not only have they not started mysandwich that I have been waiting on for 30 minutes now, but they ask to go the back of the line to re -order. They treated meas if the whole situation was my fault. Usually Starbucks makes up for mistakes with a free coffee or some such. I was verydisappointed in the service that morning. I will be happy to amend my review if some action is taken to make up for thisblunder. Mistakes happen, people have bad days, but I really do feel that I should be compensated for my wasted time somehow. Read more

Best Starbucks in DTLA, hands down. The Manager and and staff are great. Store is running like a well oiled machine. Uber busy... but never a long wait. Plenty of seating. A couple of tables for outdoors seating would be an even better touch. Overall 5+stars. Read more

Another Starbucks review! Employees were great - they worked efficiently - whipping orders up very fast! My order was what I... expected it to be. Price? Well, we all want coffee shops to be cheaper but *shrugs* what can you do? Inside of the store waswell maintained. Thank you Starbucks for keeping me deliciously awake. Read more
