They don't care about the trash and litter right in front of them . There are cleaner Starbucks near by.
I'm not sure why I always have to ask for my cup to be filled to the top and when I don't this is what happens. This wasn't my... only issue with this either. The sweetest people work here. Seriously kind, thoughtful and super super fun staff. The manager and her crew are all to die... for. They remember my drink when I walk in and everyone starts their happy hellos at me I always feel the good in this worldwhen I walk in there. Employees were too busy with a personal conversation to greet me. I was the only customer in the store and it still took them 10... minutes to make my drink because they were talking to each other, then the guy got my drink wrong and had an attitude when hehad to make the correct one. The "ice blended" drink I finally got was poor quality and just had huge chunks if ice in it.Please train your employees better. This took place on Sunday, May 23rd around 9am. Read more

No outlets and sometimes really dirty people come in and smell up the place. Overall fast and nice staff.
The music is so loud and noisy that I can't hear myself think. Epic failure for anyone who would like to work, read or study... here. This is not a bar or a club. The music is too loud to even have a conversation. Feels like the loud music is condusive tothe staff and not the customers. Left after 10 min. Not coming back! Read more
