Bad service!!! No one pay attention to customers!!! While take a order talking to each other n made customers wait till done... talking!!! Only two order I made, had to repeat twice each order!!!!!! Bad customer service experience. I live close to this Starbucks/ Vons. I had to grab a few snacks for home to enjoy my great... Saturday. I want it to top it off with a drink at Starbucks my favorite place for coffee and Frappuccino. April (barista) didnot acknowledge me at first she was busy talking to the security guard from vons. When I ordered I said a White bean VanillaFrapp and a mango drangonfruit drink. She gave me the wrong drink. I didn't make a big of a deal since I had my infant in myarms and just wanted to leave right away. I told her if she could get me the correct drink since she gave me the wrong one. Shesaid well they are very similar and are very confusing. I said ok I understand, can I pay for the correct one? She said yes,but I need to take care of all the people that was in line at the time. I couldn't wait again because I had my baby in my arms,I think it was very unprofessional of her having me wait for her mistake. I ended up leaving with a drink that I did not wantvery unhappy. Cindy work at this Starbucks in Vons on 3rd and Vermont. She was helping me to order transaction. She recognize a regular... customer, process her coffee first. Ignore my transaction. That is bad services, how rude and not finished her order. As wellhave a conversation with the regular customer. For 5 minutes. I decided to cancel my order. I want her to pink slip for heractions. On 12 6 21 at 750 am to 8 am. I want the Manager check the camera, ignore my transaction. Hope she get discipline forher action and never end up work there again. Los revenues for the company. I wouldn't recommend you to go there. Read more

I ordered an iced Americano, but they gave me only sugar water that didn't even taste like coffee. I asked for coffee to be put... in properly, but I added a little bit enough to not even smell the coffee and gave it back. Read more

DO NOT!!! use this store for delivery..they are inrresponsable..delivery manager hides..some worker named Alejandro and J..were... the ones involve in my delivery..both liers and very disrespectful....I am misssing almost 100 dollars on my money refund up tonow...I love vons..but this store in LA needs to rehire people who actually have customer service and want to work...The orderwas for my mom who lives in LA...she never got her groceries...Order from Suoerior Groceries!!. I tried to use my e-gift card which I got from the coinmaster machine to buy my drink but the barista didn't know how to use it.... Had to run up to a manager to ask what to do. Told me I had to redeem it to my Starbucks account first. There was a barcode onthere so I think she could just scan it. I didn't wanna hold up the line so I just used my debit card instead to pay for myorder. Their pastry wasn't looking too enticing to buy but to be fair, it was late in the afternoon already so it has been inthere for quite a while already. Read more

This is how I received my sandwich this morning ????it needed to be re-warmed as well. My tea was not extra hot either. I guess... that's what you get when the barista is busy chatting with a friend...what happened to the gentleman that used to handle thestore. They were friendly and attentive. Read more

30 min wait for order! Messed up some of my orders! One of the TWO workers keep asking co-worker for help with the order and... register (Untrained). Didn't even put ice on three of my drinks. A few customers behind me on the line got their orders beforefinishing mine! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Worst Starbucks service I've ever gotten! Read more
