Great Employees but what I don?t understand is why at 9am they would only have one person working. Morning is normally busy.... Here I am waiting behind 4 people with one worker that has to take orders & make the orders as well. Someone just order 5different things for her coworkers. I love this Starbucks and the baristas that they have here. Everytime me & my family come we always seem to receive an attitude... from Natalie or an order that is missing ingredients or it?s put with something we didn?t ask for. So today despite my previousexperience with her (Natalie) I thought I?d give her another shot instead of waiting until after I was done shopping. Long storyshort I ordered the strawberry frappe with 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder, 1 scoop of strawberry inclusions, 3 pumps of whitemocha topped with whip cream & strawberry purée. When I received my drink I told her I never asked for caramel drizzle and thatit was only for the vanilla bean that I ordered for my daughter. She then tries to argue me down and I repeat to her what Iordered. This girl walks away as I?m speaking to her and then starts to assist another customer. Instead of her doing theappropriate and correct thing she chose to walk away while I?m speaking with her, even when I asked if you can please remake itshe ignored me. I never gave this girl an attitude nor have I came at her disrespectfully despite the amount of times that I?vedealt with her. I went and did my shopping and decided to go back and ask her name. I understand we all have our bad days butfor it to be a constant thing its disgusting! I believe in giving people chances because we all have our days. But today was mylast straw with this barista. I?ve had pleasant experiences with the others that work there whether I come in early morning orlate in the afternoon. But I know now to avoid and not even order if she is working there alone. This store deserves a 5 starbut because of her my rating will be 3. Read more

I am very pleased with the customer service of this Starbucks #32 located inside of Ralphs in 3rd and Vermont. My son who is 3... years old has Autism Spectrum Disorder and he doesn't understand that we have to fall in line to order. There was 2 people aheadof us and my son just went in front of the first customer in line, I apologized to that customer and said "I'm so sorry he hasAutism he doesn't know", the customer didn't mind, then I apologized to the Starbucks associate whose name was "KYLIE" in herID. She was so nice and said "its ok" after giving us what we ordered which was just one chocolate cake pop, as I was lookingfor some lose change in my wallet she said "Don't worry about it, its on me". I think that was kind and sweet of her and Ihonestly don't know how to thank her not just because she gave my son a chocolate cake pop but its because she didn't get angryeven though my son had cut in line in front of someone but because she made my son happy with her warm smile and hello and mostof all after that each time we go to Ralphs my son would run to Starbucks and waves and say "Hi" to whoever was there. You don'tget to meet a lot of people like that now a days and I think people like her is what we need to make this world a much betterplace to live. I hope there would be more people like her. Sometimes their coffee is good sometimes it is not like most Starbucks. This place dispense their coffee from pump thermos... bottle that creates a faux foam which I like. Then handed over to me. Looked into my eyes with a smile. Read more
