Very poor service. We ordered a flat white and they did not make until we prompted them 3 times. Meanwhile orders made after us... were having there orders filled. No apologies, for poor service just rudeness Would never recommend this store. Read more

They made me a disgusting flat white. The milk might have been bad. Or it was the very first drink made by a newbie. Multiple... Starbucks employees heard me say it was disgusting but none of them chose to acknowledge my statement. This place exists solelybecause it has a captive audience. Read more

The manager it?s incompetent, this manager the not have any competition to stay in this Starbucks or in the restaurant in the... Sheraton. I don?t know how make decisions to take this orribile manager. This manager it?s very rude, and incompetent, it?sdangerous for the Sheraton hotel too, because if keep bad reviews every day the level of this Sheraton hotel go down. I triedto make breakfast in this Starbucks but the employees she put the sugar inside and I never said nothing. I asked to make onemore and she players me, I said I can talk with the manager, and when the manager comes to me it?s very rude , I said this it?sSheraton the style you have it?s not appropriate for this Sheraton hotel, now I make a bad review and he said you loose yourtime, I don?t care about your review. And after when the employees she make one more cappuccino the temperature it?s over 165Fahrenheit and it made my tongue burn. I don?t understand why this employees didn?t work right. The not stay in Starbucks forfree. After this I said are you crazy the cappuccino it?s hot, and the manager call the security and the bring me out. So Iraccomand to not make any reservations in this Sheraton because it?s orribile. I make an complain whit Sheraton Castumer service. I from Beverly Hills and I can?t believe the owner of this property not have any control about this manager or the orribilesituation have in this Sheraton. I never come back . This was the BEST Starbucks experience I think I?ve ever had, and been to them all over the world! It?s lovely shop,, not... just a kiosk inside a hotel. It was decked out in all its Christmas glory and I was cheerfully greeted the second I walked intoday at 5:30am by Vincent. The Christmas Blonde Blend drop was delicious and I think our favorite Christmas blend to date. Both he and his coworker were super passionate and happy to talk about all things coffee. This was Such a nice start to mymorning, and I can?t wait to get there tomorrow morning. I hope this great crew will be there tomorrow when I go and next timeI come through LAX, for we know, it?s all dependent on the crew. Thank you both so much for an awesome experience! Horrible service. The guy was very rude and he didn?t even warmed my muffin. If customer asks you for food, you supposed to ask... customer if they liked food to be warmed.
