This is the best restaurant with All-American meal in the USC Village. My chicken burger was delicious!
Ordered an American Burger and Loaded Fries. Their standard burger was disappointing. The ingredients themselves were decent... and seemed to be ok, but the execution was lacking, especially without any fancy condiments to hide behind. The patty was dryand underseasoned, with a mild beef taste that could be improved by not overcooking it. The onions and ketchup resulted in aweird sweet taste that distracted from the greater burger experience. Lastly, the buns were firm but felt stale, furtheraccentuating the lack of moisture in the burger. The loaded fries were not bad - the sauce was heavy to be expected and thebacon bits weren't very good, but overall the herbs, sauce, and chives made it pretty flavorful, to be eaten with a fork. I give it 5 stars because the food is delicious And the service is excellent! They sure know how to keep everything clean sand... sanitize. My favorite is the morning after and the truffle shuffle. I?ve been coming here almost everyday now. I Recommend tobring your family here! Read more
Chris was super nice and kind, he helped my foreign family and spoke spanish with us and was very patient since we were a large... group of people. The place wasn't busy at the time so he came to our table with our dessert and helped us with our food anddrink. Great service! Read more
Honestly, this place is overpriced and the food is something you can buy frozen at target and make yourself. I got a $9 burger... that was so thin, you could use it as a coaster. The toppings and bun overpower the entire thing, it wasn?t a hit for me. Itried to pay in cash for a ranch sauce and they didn?t take cash. While that is supposedly eco friendly, if you have customerswho aren?t able to have a bank account and want food, you?re turning away good money. It?s not accommodating at all, especiallyin the climate that we?re in now. I will never come back here again. Thet we're hopelessly understaffed and under prepared to serve customers. They kept take orders which they could not deliver.... The system seems broken. It took us over 1 hour to get our food. I would not offer without asking how long it will take. Read more
