One day I wandered into this establishment and ordered a double cheeseburger. The cashier frowned at me. "This is subway." I was... getting confused. "Um.... Listen. I just want a cheeseburger. "Sir, we don't make cheeseburgers, we make sandwiches. Please lookat the menu and order accordingly." I looked up at the menu but it was just this complete blur. The Valium messes with myvision. But I wasn't going to tell her that. "Can you please put some meat and cheese in some bread and toast it for a bit forme please?" I said The girl stared at me for a bit, sighing. I could see sweat begin to form on her forehead. "So you want thephilly cheesesteak?" "I'm not sure where I am anymore... can you please put lots of ranch.... I'm not going to AA anymore. Ineed the bottle!" I screamed. The girl was beginning to get nervous. She made this sandwich so fast, I've never seen anyone workso fast in my life. It reminded me of Nam. There is this one very rude guy there with a beard/goatee and is of Indian or Middle Eastern descent. He was very rude to... customers when I was there. I didn?t have him making my sandwich so I didn?t have to deal with his rude attitude. I won?t evergo back to this Subway just because I don?t want to support horrible customer service. I really can?t believe they allow thisguy to treat customers the way he did. The other employees didn?t say anything. Maybe he was the manager, and if that?s thecase, then people need to start filing complaints about him. He didn?t even care that he was making a scene while there wereseveral other customers present! I love the food which is what the place is about. This one is small, in the back of a strip mall housing it and other food... places, but one goes to Subway to get food, not to hang out. Note that you will probably get coupons in the mail for significantdiscounts bundled with flyers for supermarkets, etc. Read more
This is my favorite Subway! All because of the staff. That was a guy working here (his name is Matthew) who made me and my wife... fall in love with wraps. Always attentive, listening what we want to add, how much we want to add and recommending the saucesfor us. This guy was always very kind and customer oriented. But during few last visits that was a team of ladies serving us andthey were doing not that good, that?s why 4 stars. Love the strawberry tea over there, always freshly brewed. Read more
