Met the manager on a previous visit. Nice gentleman. Today Robert put together my order. I had a five star experience. I?m... particular about how I want my sandwich made. He provided excellent service and the sandwich also excellent with fresh qualityingredients. Thanks Robert! Visited the restaurant again today, April 22nd. Loc refuses to honor my coupon saying they don't take coupons. The owner also refuses to give me my receipt when I don't her... their policy was shady. She was very cheap/stingy with the veggies I requested on my sandwich. All my coworkers at my job havehad an unpleasant experience with this location. I sincerely believe this is the best subway in Los Angeles. The staff I beyond friendly and the ingredients always seem... ?fresher? than at several other locations. worst serve every in a subway . i was refused condiments on my steak sandwich because i had it melted.. I have never heard of... that. $7.11 worth of dry bread . I'm truly disappoint with there customer service . I do not recommend this Subway branch. Read more
