Met the manager on a previous visit. Nice gentleman. Today Robert put together my order. I had a five star experience. I?m... particular about how I want my sandwich made. He provided excellent service and the sandwich also excellent with fresh qualityingredients. Thanks Robert! Visited the restaurant again today, April 22nd. The premises was clean and tidy and the sandwichingredients all looked very fresh. The lady served me again and was again friendly and accommodating. My tuna footlong that sheprepared was perfect. Loc refuses to honor my coupon saying they don't take coupons. The owner also refuses to give me my receipt when I don't her... their policy was shady. She was very cheap/stingy with the veggies I requested on my sandwich. All my coworkers at my job havehad an unpleasant experience with this location. I sincerely believe this is the best subway in Los Angeles. The staff I beyond friendly and the ingredients always seem... ?fresher? than at several other locations. I notice too that the tables , floors, counter are always rapier clean. I pass twoother locations to get to this one And re: those complaining about no restrooms! Welcome to pandemic Los Angeles. worst serve every in a subway . i was refused condiments on my steak sandwich because i had it melted.. I have never heard of... that. $7.11 worth of dry bread . I'm truly disappoint with there customer service . I do not recommend this Subway branch. Read more

Love Subway cause having a tasty healthy sub is the best but this particular location lacks the employees that care about... customer service which is a huge part of the experience when you go out to a place like this. Normally I can overlook badservice as long as the food is great and they are fast but when you have to ask the person preparing your sub to get more ofeverything because they are so skimpy it really sucks. Also the male manager throws such a bad vibe i definitely don't want himhelping me at all. Read more

Be aware they like to charge for extra things, I got charged for chips and juice box that I never order and when I told the... manager she said that she had to charge for those items to make the order cheaper. AVOID THIS SUBWAY!! By far the worst shop I've ever eaten at. I ordered a meatball sub, and I know it's supposed to come with 8... meatballs in the foot-long, but the employee only gave me 5! The veggie toppings were old and sub-par compared to any otherstores. Tomatoes were cut small and unripe. Spinach and cucumbers looked marginally rotten. The employees were apathetic, anddidn't care that they were scraping the bottom of the veggie containers and shortchanging the sandwich contents. Apparently, myexperience wasn't isolated. My coworkers told me that they consistently try to make their sandwiches with less meat to savethemselves money. Subway has established standards for every sandwich, but this location doesn't follow the directions. DO NOTGO HERE!! If you have no choice, make sure you pay attention to how they make your sandwiches. They WILL give you less than youpay for (fewer cold cuts, etc). AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Read more
