I keep trying to get a hold of the owner here and every time I call the workers say he don't work there or they just hang up on... me. I've attempted to call multiple times with no response back. Former employee here, I never received my last pay check nor mytax forms. I have waited over a year and still have yet to receive anything. Read more

Just walk 50ft and go to Popeyes. Employees need retraining on how to make a sandwich. All the food is frozen, specially the... fresh food. Wouldn't be surprised if it was passed due. Since it had signs of freezer burn. Cookie display had food, I'mguessing lettuce hanging on to a drawer. My sauce ended up on the guys hand not the sandwich. Who ever the owner is, ormanager is needs retraining your store is that bad. This isn't the employee fault. Clean store, is a must considering you worknext to the hospital. Read more
The lady didn't care at all about making a good sandwich. She didn't put the correct amount of meats. Put them all in one side.... I asked her to please spread out the meats, she didn't and asked what vegetables I wanted on top ignoring what I asked her acouple of times. It's like she wasn't even trained at all on how to make a sandwich or just doesn't care. Terrible! Read more
Every time I come here the service is awful. Hiring young people to save money is it really dumb idea. The cashier shortchanges... me in two occasions. Bread is always stale and old. But this is good for me I'm starting my own sandwich business in thelocation. The subway is not going to be any competition for me. Read more
I have come to this location multiple times and haven't had any bad experiences. The staff were patient and helpful with my sub.... They do carry the sub of the day menu which I believe changes about every month. I just wish it was more accessible toincapacitated customers, the sidewalk is a little tight and the doors open outward. Read more
The hispanic lady (with some flower design cloth mask) is very rude. She kept communicating in spanish in a demeaning way while... I was asking her to heat up my order before getting it toasted. Honestly, when you make sandwiches for people, you take pridemaking it because you want great customer feedback. However, if you don?t - then whoever trained this person, didnt train thislady the proper customer service etiquette. Read more
