I just went there and the employee Hilda was supper fast very kind ,professional. I dislike coming in here because there's this... other girl there who is very unprofessional and not friendly.but today Hilda made me feel welcome she great me as I walk in andwas very great,thanks to her ill be coming more often. This particular subway is amazing, we had an event for special needs families and they gave us 50% off the whole order, 150... subways total, customer service was excellent they treated me well, and i was just picking up the subways. Keep up the goodwork. Read more
Let me just say this is my regular subway...but I went and ordered a sandwich and the girl had a terrible attitude, so much she... messed up the sandwich to go,horrible experience I got to work and I was missing items smh. So i ended up not eating thesandwich. But you want 15 dollars a hour to mess up simple orders. So after years of eating here, I will be finding a subwaythat can give me what I paid for. Read more
This particular location seems to have implemented a scheme to mislead customers into paying $.25 more for their meal deals. If... you order a $6 meal deal you will be charged $6.25. If you select "Add a Meal", on the menu for $2.50, you will be charged$2.75. You are given the medium size drink instead of the pictured 21 oz drink. They have the smaller cups, but they are out ofview underneath the counter. This seems to be this franchise's strategy since this silent upgrade is not practiced at any otherSubway I have been to. Not all of the sandwich artists practice this if they are at the register, but if the manager is there,he will definitely add the $.25 and give you the larger drink, without asking. Today I used a $3.00 6 inch coupon and asked tofor the $2.50 Add a Meal. The total was clearly too high and I asked him to explain. He rerung the order using $2.50 so thatreduced the total, but was clearly annoyed. When I asked for the 2 cookie option, in lieu of the chips, he said I couldn't dothat since he had already entered the "code" for the chips. Today's total was made correct, after I questioned it, but thisquiet upgrade is being done to unsuspecting customers every day at this location. I did not give 1 star, because the food wasfine. I don't normally review anything, but I had the most pleasant experience here today that I thought it would be rude of me NOT to... say something! The staff here is AMAZING- super personable, fast, and really made my day. Had personal recommendations,complimented me on my clothes, and encouraged me to return- which I absolutely will now that I went there. At a chainrestaurant, it's really all about the service since the food is identical from location to location, so subway should be proudthat they have an amazing team here, representing their company.
