If I could put no stars because one is far to kind!!!! Worst Experience Ever, Worst unprofessional Customer service, Poor... Quality Food, incorrect/incomplete Order, And incredibly Rediculous Delivery Time. can't Say I Normally Post Reviews aboutDissatisfaction but.... I Placed my Order Online Directly Through the website, and was Specific when it came to what was to beincluded in my order. And received Confirmation via Email that DoorDash was Assigned to Deliver. Not only did I pay for Avocadoand not receive it, but there was no Cheese at all When the order Clearly Read Pepper jack, and none of the Vegetables WhereCorrect, including the extra edition of unwanted Pickles... Ewww.... My Chips where Nothing Remotely Close to what I requested,but they Chose to give me BBQ Lays for whatever reason when I'm ordering a wrap w/avocado and Baked Chips.... You think a personwould of been considerate to give me the next baked option... My Soda was the only thing to be even Kinda of Close to what Iasked for, Coke zero... But instead I received diet Coke... Surprised I didn't receive a water bottle by mistake... But before Ireceived this horrific Order, What really made my food the most unappetizing was When I had called the Restaurant 30min afterplacing it and receiving No Update on my Order after receiving a confirmation Email.... Not only was the Person's PhoneEtiquacy Rude and Informal when answering, but upon explaining the reason for my call, and inquiring about my Order, because theonline tracking hadn't even budged the entire time, This person had the Nerve to say "What About it?" And I asked if it was Doneor out for delivery by Chance, and I was Told.... And I Quote " We Don't do Deliveries" "you have to come pick it up" and Iexplained how it was odd that my Email Said Differently... Food is good but the women that work there are rude. They treat you like if your not paying for a service. Honestly they need... more training. When you're in the people business you must be polite and treat customers right. I hope management do somethingabout it because they'll lose business. Read more
I usually order at this Subway all the time but this time when I came to get my order the lady was rushing because her boyfriend... was was there and I wanted a meal with chocolate chip cookies not with chips but she put with chips without asking me and saidshe couldn't void my order or she couldn't correct it. She then went on to try to hurry up and move the line because she wantedto leave anyway long story short I'm not coming back to this Subway.
