Avoid this location. They have someone training and I asked for Natalie to make my salad and she refused. She also tried to... insist I get something else besides sweet potatoes because she didn't feel like getting more. Told me to not have an attitudewhen I was rightfully visibly annoyed. When I asked her her name she told me "don't worry about it" until I told her she had totell me. I left without any food and won't return. Also they lock the door at this location and I had to wait to be let in forsome reason it's 12 pm and the houseless aren't an issue at this time of day. It's a shame how much this chain has fallen apartsince I was classmates with the founders and patron at the first location in Georgetown D.C., but I guess that's what happens????? Read more

They often give you small portions and barely fill up the bowl, despite the high prices.. and hours do not make sense even... though the pandemic is over. Read more

Completely missing the chicken that I paid $3 extra for in one bowl and a really sad amount of it in the other bowl. Overall,... the proportions of ingredients seems very off and very small portions for the add ons at this location. Not worth $15-$20/mealfor just a bed of greens. Read more

Love this place. Delicious salads that are hearty and great for vegetarians. Staff is always polite and it?s super quick. Never... had any issues with my food. Interior is stunning as well. Glad to have a healthy spot in the very meat-centric neighborhood. Read more

I ordered a Hot honey chicken plate, the portions were terribly small... they gave me three pieces of sweet potatoes And two... little pieces of potatoes , a scoop of quinoa and a piece of chicken I finished in a couple of bites. I paid $15 for this platenot worth it! Horrible experience I kindly asked the girl serving me to add a bit more potatoes cause the plate looked empty.Told me it was extra that she couldn?t add more to the plate. Im a local live up the street but man this sweet greens is notgenerous with their servings. Will not be returning Read more

If you check my reviews I tend to get excited and support local restaurants and new businesses in the area. When I saw... Sweetgreen was coming to Ktown I thought: at last a salad bar in the area! I went today for the first time and I hate to say it,I am dissapponted. I ordered one main plate - chimichurri chicken- and sweet potatoes on the side along with Focaccia bread. Iwanted roasted chicken on my plate but they said it would take 15/20 mins. They offered me blackened chicken instead and Iaccepted, expecting they would serve the same amount of chicken than the roasted one. It wasn't the case. They barely addedchicken, when the menu picture of this dish really shows a big chunk of chicken. All of the plates I got were tasteless, expectif you added the sauce. Sweet potatoes were cold and dry The only ingredient had a flavor on its one was the coliflower rice. The bread was extremely dry. I hate it because I really really wanted to love this place but unfortunately that's not the case.I am hopeful they will get their rhythm together and improve their dishes. However I will not be back until they do so. Cuteplace, that's for sure. And polite enough employees. Read more
