Jerk chicken plate was salty rice also flavorful but not quite right for jerk chicken they don't claim to be Jamaican so I knew... it was possibly not going to be a hit. The green beans being african american w some chinese influence were the best part of myplate. The thai burger was not all that pretty plain burger not alot of toppings besides the salt and the meat. Which theowner wants to cook healthy food I saw it on tv so i stopped by. Read more

This Salmon was mighty good. I was honestly in the mood for salmon since I haven't had the energy to cook this week and I've... been eating tf out if tofu, so I was like, let's order some grub. I came across Swift Cafe and the picture of the Salmon withrice and greens looked bombed af and down right didn't disappoint. This platter was cooked fully, SEASONED fully, and the greensactually had FLAVOR! Tooo many restaurants add Spring Mix, Lettuce, Spinach, etc on the side with NO FLAVOR. Literally justdressing if you're lucky, but everything about this platter was extremely delicious! I'm very satisfied and I wouldn't mindcoming back! Read more

I’ve been wanting to try Swift for months and I’m mad I waited this long to eat here. Listen, the atmosphere, menu, and food... is BOMB. My palette has to be touched in a special way to feel compelled enough to write a review. The flavors, the quality ofthe ingredients, the artistry put into each dish, the presentation. Everything exceeded my expectations. My friend and I had thepleasure to chat with Chef Kyndra who created/designed the menu. Wow. What an amazing woman. She lit up with so much passionwhen we asked her about the food, sharing her intent behind each dish. She expressed how she wanted to bring a healthy soul foodalternative to Inglewood (which I love) while not having to compromise flavor. My friend who I came with who is a chef and atough critic had NOTHING bad to say about the food, which is rare! Can’t wait to experience Swift once COVID passes and I cansit in and eat. Read more

So happy that this place opened! I really want more healthy options in my neighborhood, especially that are POC so I really hope... Swift Cafe gets the support it needs to be successful! The food was delicious! We got the shrimp bowl and the Thai turkeyburger. I felt so fulfilled after eating. The service was sweet and attentive, and the cafe vibes were comfortable andcasual. Parking is easy out on the street. Sure, prices are a bit high but if that's what a brand new small business needs todo to survive AND the food is flawless, then I'm happy to support it and I hope you are too! I would much rather give my moneyto Swift Cafe than a chain healthy food cafe that can afford to have low prices but will further disrupt the culture of thecommunity. Read more

Nice new place. Needs a bit of refinement, but the food tasted great. When I arrived I was told they only had brunch. $30 for a... cup of smoothie (or yogurt parfait as other choice), cup of fruit (said fruit platter on menu), 2 triangles of red velvet waffle(delicious), 2 tender-sized pieces of fried chicken (absolutely delicious) (there was also a vegan option) and the choice of OJ,tea or coffee (they didn't have decaf), I had the OJ. I wouldn't say it was worth $30, but it was flavorful and I was full. Thestaff was super friendly and helpful and Chef Kyndra came out to see how everyone was. It was clean and cozy. I will definitelyreturn...just not for brunch ???? Read more

Loved it! So happy another gem like this is popping up in my neighborhood, and supporting a black owned businesses will ALWAYS... make me proud. Swift is an adorable cafe and Chef Kendra can definitely burn. Ordered the sweet potato hash for breakfast andthe chickpea bowl for dinner. Both were flavorful, seasoned to perfection and delicious. I can't wait to come back for more. Idid take it to-go but happily waited for my food in the beautifully designed cafe. The social media moment in the back to takepictures is cute but felt a little unnecessary. I'm there for the food but I totally understand the need to appeal to themasses. Will absolutely be back.
