Terrible drive thru service , whoever was working on Sunday night at 11:20pm on July 10,2022 said plain and simple that there... wasn?t any beef or chicken, restaurant closes at 1:00am so it makes no sense for them to be out of chicken and beef, it?s TacoBell! If I get a better experience I will update the stars but for now this is what it deserves.. the resin it has 2 stars isbecause I been coming here since I was in middle school, I?m 34 now so it?s been quite some time already. The manger and workers are clueless and they don?t know what prices they have on they menu and they talk to you as if they loose... all sense when you ask them a simple question about it. Hell no ! Never eating at this place. Read more

They have the worst customer service. I placed an order at 5 for pickup at 6:30pm when I got there everyone was lost, one... claimed she gave it away s the others said they never made it. App already charged my card and they wanted me to wait for themto make it. What?s the point of order pickup if you still have to wait forever to get it? Read more
30 minutes in the drive through with 5 cars ahead? It was 2pm on a Saturday. I do have empathy though as so many places are... understaffed these days, so no complaints on the staff. Read more
Staff is always friendly but my orders are never right. I'll order thru the app, get a message that my order is ready for pick... up and when I go pick it up, I still have to wait 5-10 mins to receive my order. Today I ordered the Classic Cheesy Double BeefBurrito. Definitely no double beef, if any a teaspoon. No sour cream, no nacho cheese and for sure no fiesta strips. The associate kept getting my order wrong, the outside was horrible with dead plants and debris. Then they had a sign saying... that there were longer wait times due to being understaffed. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. Definitely, not fastfood. Then they told me they had no sauce at all. Really? I will be calling corporate on Monday. Read more
