. The customer service is amazing and there tacos are good but their refried beans look like diarrhea . This is my third time... coming here once again amazing customer service. Rice is hard af and there tamales taste like they were in the freezer for toolong. Tamales were dryer than chief keefs elbows. Crumbly and disgusting! The best thing on the menu are the tacos! Gotta keep giving Tacos Por Favor five stars even though their prices keep going higher and higher. There burritos are fantastic... - especially chorizo breakfast burrito and California burrito - and their milanesa cemita is top notch. I?d give my left arm forone closer to mid city but their west side locations have never failed. The first time I tried this restaurant was through an online order. I got the breakfast burrito and it was amazing. It hit all... the right boxes you'd want. However, when going in person, I was not served for nearly 5min. There was a person packaging to-goorders and on the phone with what seemed like a non-work related call. They didn't even look at me once so I left. Because ofthis, I rated their service as 1 star which brings everything down a level for me.
