Strip mall ramen joint where you place your order on a virtual machine and seat yourself. Indoor and outdoor seating available.... Credit cards accepted (no cash). Extremely limited parking is available in the lot, I would suggest finding street parkinginstead. One single occupant restroom is available in the back. They have vegan options available. Came here on a Wednesdayevening with my friend around 7pm and there was a short line to order, that grew as the night went on. It?s a good spot to takesomeone who hasn?t had ramen before as you have a lot of options and can customize everything from the broth to the toppings. Iliked my hippie ramen (a vegan option) but did find the birria to be a tad too oily. Service was friendly and came aroundfrequently to refill our waters. Read more

We got the bold, chicken broth, and the red ramen. I recommend the bold tonkotsu. The noodles were authentic and the taste was... great. I chose the mild spiciness but it might as well have been no spice, next time I?ll get medium or hot. The egg wasphenomenally cooked, jelly inside with umami flavor. My friends and I really enjoyed our meal here! Be prepared to spend $20 fora bowl. Read more

Wanted to try this place as it allegedly is one of the more popular ramen joints in the area. Upon arrival just past 11, there... was a small crowd around the entrance. Confused, there were no instructions so we walked inside to be told to order at the 1kiosk that was outside. Kiosk was fine but the ramen prices are on the high side at $18-19 a bowl. We ordered the bold, cheeky(chicken broth) and old skool. We sat ourselves. Old skool didn't include egg so we had to buy it for almost $3 each. Therewere no table for 4 so we had to move tables to accommodate ourselves. Food came out fast and looks good. Initially, the flavorwas good and we slurped away our ramen and broth. The portion was just right. After a few hours, we noticed extremely dry mouthand we're very thirsty. We suspect it is the MSG and seasoning. We didn't have this with other ramen places nearby. Also, outtotal bill added up to $80. We didn't get drinks or any other appetizer. Seems very expensive. It's unfortunate. Read more

I?ve been going to Tatsu ramen for a few years now and they consistently deliver quality ramen. The chicken broth is all I?ve... ever ordered since I don?t eat pork. You have to add for the spicy seasoning to add that kick. Overall a good bowl of ramen!Prices have gone up dramatically but I suppose that?s just a sign of the times. $20 a bowl. Read more

Tatsu Ramen was the best I've had anywhere. The chicken broth is very creamy and the chicken was very lean. Loved the extra... onions option, ordering is simple and fast, very efficient operation! My friend had the original pork ramen and liked my chickenramen more. Read more

Wasn't a bad place to try a new ramen place. You order ahead on the tablet then are seated. When we went for dinner it was not... too busy. The tablet had some jokes on the amounts and add on preferences which I enjoyed it wasn't too pricey about 15-20 bucksper bowl. The flavor was good we got cheeky and bold plus some fried rice. I didn't care for the rice it some what lacked someflavor it was good just not enough flavor. Over all it was a nice place to get food and the staff was nice. Read more

I ordered a delivery and the food arrived warm. The soup and noodles were packed separately. Kinda wished the soup was more hot... but it was very very delicious and I?d order it once again! I had the vegetarian ramen with tofu and spinach. They didn?t addany spicy sauce to the meal which is a bit disappointing. The photos I added were the stages of adding the soup to the noodles, the noodles slowly got soft and were el Dante. Highly recommended! Read more
