I came to TGI Fridays at 9pm on Saturday. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink and spinach dip. My spinach dip had a hair on the... plate and I advised the bartender that it did and that I was still going to eat it I just wanted to make them aware. She advisedthe manage Ben. When he came over he asked in a rude tone what would I like done and usually I?m suppose to complain before Ieat (which I did). I advised him that I didn?t want anything done (I didn?t see hair in my food just plate) and that I was goingto eat it. I suggested that he should tell the cooks in the kitchen to wear hairnets. He said okay and walked off. Never oncedid he apologize. He was rude to the point that the waitresses apologized on his behalf. Side note I had already paid for myfood. I didn?t want a discount or a comp. A manger is a reflect of the face of the company and I?ll never eat here again. Read more
We sat outside, the Area was nice, shaded, & clean. We were given the option of where to sit. Our Server Ashanti was awesome! My... sisters order was incorrect, she had the Dragon Salmon with Mashed potatoes, but she was given rice. My food was cold like itwas sitting under a warmer and bland. I had Sauteed Garlic Shrimp with Mashed potatoes & Salad. My 1st drink choice Nonalcoholic Slushie Strawberry Lemonade was bland, Ashanti took it back and it was very tasty. Went in to Eat. It was close to closing time and I was still allowed to get in and order. I order an appetizer which was okay.... My drink was water down so I asked for something else. Then I order a to go steam order. Worse steak I?ve ever had I couldn?teven chew it. I am not even from Cali I was in town on business. I visited 08/16 and it?s now 08/24 and I asked to be refundedon 08/17 I still haven?t received a refund. I was told I be called back serval times from different managers. No call backs. Iactually like Fridays cause we don?t have many left in Texas it?s really sad when you get bad service in a place you love. Seemsthey lack keeping there customers satisfied and if your kitchen isn?t in order. Your store fails terribly. High disappointed andI?ll never return here when I go back to LA. Read more
Foods is always great. Wonderful staff, great drinks. My Raider Nation club always meets get and has a great time.
Hostess Robin was really sweet and so was our server Amy. Staff is kind. Food hot and atmosphere was cool and chill at the time... we went. Would definitely go back. I had the shrimp with fries and my daughter had the fish and chips. Both were Hot and good.Very clean, and staff goes the extra mile to sanitize and wipe down after each party. Very nice experience. The food is very good, the attention is excellent and the place is very comfortable. The ribs are amazing.
